Deconstruction and Environmental Training – July 2014
We are actively recruiting for this 12-week classroom and hands-on training program designed for Bridgeport Housing Residents!

This free training includes:
Technical Skills Training: Participants will be taught the skills needed to rehabilitate sites that are abandoned, idle, or underused industrial and commercial facilities. Completion of training will lead to job opportunities in deconstruction and environmental contamination.
Courses offered include:
- Lead Abatement
- Asbestos Abatement
- Mold Remediation
- Building Deconstruction
- Osha 30
- Job Skills/Readiness
- 18+ years
- Residents of Bridgeport Housing
- U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work
- High School Diploma or GED
- Access to Transportation
- Ability to pass drug test
Earn a Training Stipend of approximately $200 per month!
